Shipping / Delivery Policy

1. Digital-only delivery

Consultion For Us sells consulting services and digital deliverables. We do not sell, warehouse, or ship physical goods, so no shipping addresses, carriers, tracking numbers, or shipping fees apply to any order.

2. Kickoff timeline

Immediately after a successful payment you receive an order confirmation by email, followed within 24 hours by your onboarding form and a link to schedule your kickoff call. Kickoff occurs on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).

3. Delivery timeline

• AI Brand Starter: delivered digitally within 3–5 business days after onboarding is complete.
• AI Brand Scaling: delivered digitally within 5–7 business days after onboarding is complete.
• Executive Retainer: continuous monthly delivery, with the monthly roadmap issued in the first week of each billing cycle.

In all cases, services are delivered digitally within 3–7 business days after onboarding. Timelines assume you provide required materials, approvals, and access promptly; delays on your side extend the timeline by the same amount.

4. How deliverables are provided

Deliverables are provided electronically: documents by email or a shared cloud folder, automations configured directly in your accounts or tools, and walkthroughs supplied as recorded videos plus written documentation. Access credentials, where relevant, are shared through a secure channel.

5. If you do not receive your delivery

If you have not received your onboarding email within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@consultionforus.com or +1 (586) 488-5216. We will confirm your order and re-send the materials.

6. International clients

Because delivery is entirely digital, we serve clients worldwide with no customs duties, import taxes, or shipping restrictions. Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time with reasonable accommodation for your time zone.
